This is a picture that I created for the winner of the Tokka AMV contest which ended when Avatar: The Last Airbender ended. The winner was KawaiiGoten, from YouTube. They're video was awesome!!! In any case, they asked for a picture with Toph and Sokka watching the sunset in the finale clothing, so I created this.

Also, here's a little short fanfiction to go along with the picture (because you just know that I like Tokka fan fictions). It's a continuation of the first picture that I made:

Love and War

The battle against the Fire Nation raged on for hours. With Toph wounded in Sokka's arms, escaping the inferno surrounding them was difficult as it was, but with bombs being rained overhead, survival didn't seem possible. Sokka jumped and dodged incoming lava bursts as well as many explosions until they came to the bottom of a cliff. It was rocky and just perfect for Toph to bend their way out of trouble, so Sokka carefully set Toph down, kissing her lightly on the cheek and asking for one more favor from her before she passed out from inhailing the toxic fumes.

Suddenly, they were flying through the air, towards one of the warships until, out of luck, a ship happened to cross their path and they landed perfectly ontop of the airship. By that time, Toph was completely unconcious and Sokka had to sling Toph on his back. He ran accross the metal monstrosity, fighting off any Fire Nation soldiers that crossed his path, but to his suprise, only a few soldiers were minding the outside of the blimp.

As soon as Sokka reached the command deck, he discovered that Suki had taken over the ship. How, he could only image, but the fact was that Sokka and Toph were going to be alright.

After Aang had finally defeated the Fire Lord and striped him of his bending, the Gaang set out to Ba-Sing-Se to settle down and complete their training behind the safe walls. Each person was about to embark on their own journey, but before doing so, the gaang spent two months together. In that time, each day at sunset, Toph and Sokka slipped out of sight from the others and went to a quiet little hilltop in the middle of the city and stood and watched the sunset together, pondering about their future together and what was yet to come.
